Jacie Martinez - Owner
I'm a Davie County native — born and raised on the back roads of central North Carolina. My husband is a U.S. Army soldier currently stationed out of state, so these days I serve real estate agents and their clients across North Carolina and Tennessee remotely, while we raise our two kids together wherever the Army sends us.
After nearly ten years in the real estate industry, I've had the privilege of helping manage 1000+ transactions from contract to close. I got my start in 2016 because I love people, I love this corner of North Carolina, and I love the process of turning a signed contract into a set of keys in someone's hand. Since then I've coordinated deals for first-time buyers, growing families, military families navigating PCS moves, and longtime homeowners ready for what's next — handling the deadlines, paperwork, and moving pieces so agents can focus on their clients.
Being a remote transaction coordinator and an Army spouse has shaped how I work. I'm always reachable, always responsive, and I've learned to make distance disappear through clear communication, the right technology, and a trusted bench of local professionals on the ground in both states. The agents and clients I work with never feel like I'm "far away" — every deadline is tracked, every document is accounted for, and every closing stays on schedule.
When I'm not working, you'll find me camping by the lake, dabbling in pottery with the kids, or with a book in my hands. (Random fact: I read at least 2-3 books a week. I bet my English teachers never saw that coming.)

Mission
My mission is to give real estate agents back their time. Every transaction comes with its own deadlines, disclosures, and moving pieces; and I handle all of it with accuracy, care, and clear communication from contract to close. My goal is to be the calm, dependable partner working behind the scenes: catching the details before they become problems, keeping everyone informed, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
When the paperwork and deadlines are taken care of, agents are free to do what they do best - serving their clients and growing their business.
